Merchandiser Specialist – Apparel

For an important apparel company in Treviso, Ricercamy is searching for a candidate to join the merchandising department, reporting to the Merchandising Manager Utility.
The main responsibilities will be:Build line plans according to category strategic direction and business expectations based on brand key stories and sell-out analysis.Build ranges that reflect ongoing trends based on product, market, and consumer insights.Deliver profitability at gross margin level through accurate pricing and product mix.Provide accurate forecasts for the category.Partner with Product and OPS Dept. during the collection's development according to price positioning and target cost.Identify and flow compelling assortments by distribution channel and tier.Contribute to meeting specific strategic accounts' product needs with special make-up.Present product lines to the sales force and key accounts.Perform data entry for line plans and maintain updated information in ERP.Ensure showroom setup for pre-line and sales meetings.Create product catalogues with the Marketing Department that highlight seasonal stories.Implement and refresh dashboards to monitor merchandising KPIs.Required skills:Bachelor's degree in Economics or higher qualification.Prior experience with merchandising collection planning, sales forecasting, and working to budgets.Business acumen and analytical skills.Leadership skills and flexibility in working within a team.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are essential.Organized and process-oriented in a multitasking working environment.Engaging presentation style.Consumer-focused product taste and passion for sports.Computer skills including advanced Excel and PowerPoint.Fluent in English, both spoken and written.Job Type: Full-time, permanent.
