YOUR ROLE As an Assembly Operation Engineer in our MEMS Subgroup, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of New Product Introduction (NPI) and Sustaining (Mass Production) in both our company facilities and subcontractor locations.
You will coordinate and monitor the assembly operations to ensure product quality and adherence to project timelines.
Your role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams, providing technical support, and implementing process improvements to optimize efficiency and performance.
The requested figure is represented by a brilliant Engineer able to collaborate and find solutions with both internal MEMS teams (quality, Design, RnD, planning) and external teams (BEMT/GOBM/suppliers).
The activities will require knowledge of overall STM SOP/Procedure and Deliverable to guarantee the product validation up to final maturity level for overall applications: Consumer, Industrial, Medical, and Automotive.
Technical skills and a communicative attitude are key ingredients to work in a team from the product specification to the product industrialization.
YOUR SKILLS EXPERIENCES Master's degree in STEM faculties At least 2 years of experience in operation with all the industrialization processes and debug/char activities.
Good knowledge of semiconductors Basic understanding of MEMS technology and assembly processes.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with remote teams and subcontractors.
Familiarity with CAD software and data analysis tools is a plus.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Willingness to travel occasionally to company and subcontractor sites, if required.
Proficiency in the English language.
