The fleet crew manager will support the customers to realize their projects.Responsibilities include:Arranging recruiting and placement with a yearly crew rotation plan.Organizing travels and logistics for the crew who sign on/off the vessels.Qualifications:Fluent in English.Good knowledge of social media communication.Ability to learn database software and Office 365.Minimum of 3 years of previous experience in a similar role.Experience in HR will also be considered.Knowledge of Italian maritime administration rules and international regulations related to marine seafarers' employment.The job location is in Genova and is full-time.This position requires availability after office hours in case of emergencies.Company laptop and mobile phones will be provided.Able to work alone and in a team is welcome into our family.Please send a CV to ******.
