As a Meetings & Events Sales Executive, your primary responsibilities will include:
Provide efficient, friendly and professional service to all clientsCompleting the sales process to the highest standard. The process includes initial enquiry, site inspection, personalised proposal, contract and follow upEvent management and preparation on Banquet Event Orders. Complete ownership of each event preparation and delivery of confirmed businessClear communication with all hotel operations to ensure the professional and seamless delivery of all eventsQualifications Whilst talent and attitude are our primary requirements, you also have:Experience in Events Management preferably in a hotelStrong communication and networking skillsImpeccable personal presentationGuest experience managementExperience in working in a fast-paced environmentOpera Cloud knowledge or an attitude to quickly learn a new softwareYour team and working environment: We are Dream Makers and committed to creating memorable moments for our guests and colleagues inspired by our authentic warmth and essence of generosity.
