**JOB SCOPE**
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Work closely with customers, providing personalized assistance at every stage of the passenger's departure, transit or arrival
- Follow the passenger physically at the airport
- Know how to manage all the customer's needs
- Compile reports on the service being performed
- Overall, achieve a higher level of satisfaction than the objectives set by the Company from time to time and conduct continuous improvement to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Spoken and written knowledge of the English language is a fundamental requirement. (level B1/B2). Preferably with certification
- Relevant experience in the hospitality industry or in airport customer service is an advantage
- Customer oriented with a pleasant disposition and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask while maintaining a positive attitude when working with guests and team members
- Computer knowledge and ability to navigate the company system
- Extroverted, good communication, interpersonal skills, active listening and demonstration of empathy
- Be willing to undertake shift work and work weekends and holidays - 5 working days per week
- Work location: Rome - Leonardo da Vinci Fiumicino Airport

Retribuzione: €20.000,00 - €24.000,00 all'anno
