The Position
The main role of the MSL is to provide scientific information to Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), to support medical/scientific information needs of HCPs in their designated therapeutic area and to establish medical leadership in the assigned regional area by granting quality/regulatory standards. Contribute to the cross-functional strategy by providing scientific insights related to the assigned Therapeutic Area (TA). Provide scientific support to Marketing, Sales and Market Access functions and lead the scientific initiatives in the assigned territories including local clinical, epidemiological and observational studies, in full alignment with the strategic and tactical plan, in agreement with the cross-functional TA Team, in full GCP/ethical/SOP compliance.

Responsibilities:
Establish medical leadership in the assigned regional area by developing and maintaining strong scientific partnership with local External Experts (EEs) and their specialized centers. Lead EEs engagement based on their scientific profiling. Through scientific interactions, gain valuable insights into the therapeutic area/treatment patterns and provide input to the company Integrated Brand Plan. Lead dissemination process of scientific data within the Medical Community (also by using digital channel) in alignment with TA Strategy. Support national Medical Affairs activities for scientific projects and internal process. Develop field Medical Projects (local ABs, round tables, etc.) aligned to the Integrated Brand Plan. Requirements:
Scientific degree (MD, Pharmacy, CTF, Biology, etc). Solid scientific background. Good knowledge of the Pharmaceutical industry. Strong attitude towards cross functional collaboration. Skilled at interpretation and understanding of clinical trials. Highly customer focused with an awareness of the importance of business results. Flexible, able to adapt quickly to new scenarios and to drive change. Relevant communication skills, negotiation and influencing. Fluent in Italian and English, written and spoken. Mature digital skills: e.g. using digital tools to communicate, interact, collaborate, share and connect with E.Es, other stakeholders and colleagues. What we offer:
