The Immunology franchise's main goal is to develop and commercialize innovative therapies for patients suffering from Chronic Inflammatory Diseases. The Italian Immunology Medical Affairs team is actively working in the field of Dermatology, Allergic, and Respiratory Diseases.
Main responsibilities:Define and roll out the Medical plan for the area of interest, in line with local and global medical strategy.Contribute to the definition of product strategies in collaboration with the HQ Marketing Team.Develop and maintain a strong network with KOLs through sharing scientific information.Participate in meetings and scientific conventions to collect research proposals.Manage Advisory Boards to identify scientific goals and guide dialogue with consultants.Provide scientific support to Marketing, Field Force, and other company functions.Develop scientific content for MSL's interactions and sales force materials.Coordinate with MSL manager for MSL's KOL engagement plan.Certify scientific training of CSAs on their field's medicines.Collaborate with clinical research colleagues for the required support for clinical trials.Ensure compliance of BU's activities with company procedures and conduct codes.About youExperience:Previous experience in Medical Affairs.Substantial experience in the Respiratory field is a plus.Technical and Soft skills:Ability to adapt flexibly and provide scientific proactivity.Ability to work in a team and transversely.Ability to build strong interpersonal relations.Education:Scientific Degree (Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology, Biotechnology).Master's Degree in Medicine is a plus.Languages:Good knowledge of the English language.Pursue progress.
