Medical Manager Obesity & Nash

The position As the Medical Manager, you will play a pivotal role in team management where you will delegate, coach, develop and mentor your team not only in a professional development capacity but also in strategy. You are data and results driven with the ability to not only focus on short term plans but mid-term plans and communicate these in a confident and competent way. Develop and execute medical strategies to support the development and commercialization of obesity and NASH pipeline Serve as the medical lead for key clinical trials, providing medical oversight and guidance throughout the lifecycle of the studies. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, main scientific societies, investigators, and external experts in the field of obesity and NASH. Provide scientific and medical expertise to support medical education initiatives, including advisory boards, symposia, and scientific publications. Stay abreast of the latest scientific advancements and competitive landscape in obesity and NASH research. Qualifications Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with board certification preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical affairs or clinical development within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, with a focus on metabolic diseases, particularly obesity and NASH. Proven track record of successful leadership across-functional teams. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders.
