Role Description As the Medical Lead for the Dermatology Business Unit, you will play a crucial role in driving the scientific communication strategy, leading medical activities, and establishing relationships with key opinion leaders in the field of dermatology. More in detail, you will: Lead the development of scientific communication strategy, evidence generation, and publication strategy in dermatology Develop affiliate Dermatology medical plans, partnering with the leadership team to execute a local strategic medical plan Drive local scientific activities, including dermatology congresses, symposia, advisory boards, and promotional material development Act as a key point of contact for external stakeholders, such as healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and patient advocacy groups Contribute to the development and review of regulatory documents, including clinical study reports, investigator brochures, and regulatory submissions Stay updated on the latest medical and scientific advancements in the field of dermatology, including attending scientific conferences and reviewing relevant literature Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Medical/Marketing/Market Access) in local brand plan development Work closely with the global medical affairs team to align local medical strategies with the overall global medical strategy Oversee the development of thought leaders in academic and clinical dermatology at local, regional, and national levels Create a motivating environment that drives individuals to achieve higher performance levels To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications: Medical Degree Solid experience in the pharmaceutical industry, and specifically in Medical Affairs roles Strong expertise in the launch of biologic products and knowledge of Market Access dynamics Expertise in dermatology and/or immunology Fluency in English is required Your verbal skills and compliance knowledge will be essential in reviewing promotional materials for medical accuracy. Furthermore, your scientific and product knowledge will enable you to provide training and support to the field force and marketing teams.
