Job DescriptionFor Our Global Medical & Scientific Information Department we are looking for a: Medical & Scientific Information Specialist the candidate will be responsible for supporting the Early Access management and the maintenance of a Company Scientific Service according to Legislative Decree 219/2006, Directive 2001/83/EC as well as Directive 2003/94/EC and will report to the Global Medical & Scientific Information Director and will carry out the following activities: tracks unsolicited requests for Early Access (EA) requests - in alignment with regulations and Company policies and procedures supports Early Access operational activities, including supply procedures and maintenance of adequate records, in alignment with regulations and Company policies and procedures reviews of promotional material to ensure compliance with the requirements laid down by the applicable regulations; and acts as deputy of Scientific Service Responsible, if needed prepares and delivers training for the Company Medical Sales Representatives and Distributors ensuring accuracy, scientific rigor and compliance with regulations and Company policies and procedures supports the direct manager in the management of critical processes for the function, as appropriate assists in setting up and review of procedures for Global Medical & Scientific Information.
Requirements: Master's Degree in Medicine/CTF/Pharmacy 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry Good English knowledge Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Team work attitude Location : Castelvecchio Pascoli, Barg (LU) + smart workingCompetenciesEducation
