Your JobMedical Information - SME works aligned with MI International Service Lead (ISL) to ensure operational oversight of MI projects, providing support on consultancy phase, project set up and implementation ensuring that deliverables meet service and client expectations, and PharmaLex standards, including monitoring of MI KPIs, metrics, and service level.
Oversight of MI operational activities.Collect MI projects data, reports and metrics and provide Operational analysis to MI ISL.
MI Quality Control Process Oversight and QC QualificationBack up MI ISL in any Project set up activities providing support to project teams also in consultancy phase.Update/Revising Medical Information procedures content and processes to ensure service standards and expectations are met at PLx and client level.Monitor, tracking and analysis of MI Service KPI and metrics, providing critical analysis of results and identifying trends and improvements.Understand service needs and proactively identify process improvements and provide solutions at service and project level.Monitor and mentor new MI team members coordinating MI activities/trainings for service onboarding and offboarding ensuring that team members are fully trained in MI service standards processes and procedures.Provide MI quality control training to assigned controllers.Process Owner for MI technology systems, participating in any system discussions for implementation or improvement, providing service and operational input.Back up MI ISL in any Project set up activities providing support to project teams also in consultancy phase, or other assigned activity.
Your Profile Healthcare degree (Pharmacist, Biomedical Scientist, Biologist, Nurse or equivalent).Two to four years of medical information experience and/or pharmaceutical industry experiences.Experience in Medical Information call handling, case processing and MI operational activities.Knowledge of relevant medical information and pharmacovigilance regulations and guidelines.Previous client facing role experience.Ability to manage operational activities and project management skills.Ability to work in a multicultural environment.Good knowledge of medical information and safety database tools and systems.Works independently, attention to details, ability to critically evaluate data and metrics and implement solutions and improvements.Good presentation skills.
