RESPONSIBILITIESManagement of local medical activities and business support at the market level.Implementation of continuous Medical inspection readiness efforts in collaboration with applicable headquarters inspections management teams, Business Units, and Platform Line representatives.Support in management of global audits at Country level including management of audit Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPAs).Support in management of Corporate Audit requests as appropriate.Support in management of Quality Events and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs)Facilitate local implementation of global procedures and ensure relevant communication is cascaded accordingly.Facilitate local training compliance reporting for in-country Medical Affairs, as needed.Ensure the correct implementation of medical activities in full compliance with local regulationEnsure the proper support to the activities included in the team responsabilitiesRequisiti: The ideal candidate possesses:Scientific university degree and previous experience in compliance/procedural management, auditing, quality assurance/control or related fieldUnderstanding the local promotional and regulatory compliance environmentFluent EnglishHigh level of proficiency in using Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, BusinessObjectsExpertise in managing multiple complex projectsConsultancy skillsAbility to work independently and manage conflictsVerbal, written and presentation skillsCollaboration, interpersonal and facilitation skillsSkills in continuous improvement and/or organizational effectivenessDemonstrate sensitivity in managing relationships and ability to build collaborative workrelationships with colleagues and collaborators both internal and external to the organization.Collaborate efficiently across functional and national boundaries, respecting communication, functional priorities and cultural differences in interpersonal relationships relations.Inclusion scheduled for January 2025.
