MEDICAL COMPLIANCE ADVISOR - 12 MONTHS CONTRACT WITH RANDSTAD JOB PURPOSE The Medical Compliance Advisor supports all activities related to Medical Quality, Audit/Inspection Readiness, training, process improvements and Risk Mitigation, across Business Units for Pfizer Country Medical Operations. The Medical Compliance Advisor is expected to interact closely with all in-country Business Unit Medical/Commercial Organizations, the Platform Line organizations, and other Quality and Compliance representatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES Management of local medical activities and business support at the market level. Implementation of continuous Medical inspection readiness efforts in collaboration with applicable headquarters inspections management teams, Business Units, and Platform Line representatives. Support in management of global audits at Country level including management of audit Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPAs). Support in management of Corporate Audit requests as appropriate. Support in management of Quality Events and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs). Facilitate local implementation of global procedures and ensure relevant communication is cascaded accordingly. Facilitate local training compliance reporting for in-country Medical Affairs, as needed. Ensure the correct implementation of medical activities in full compliance with local regulation. Ensure the proper support to the activities included in the team responsibilities. PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND EXPERIENCE Scientific University degree and past experience in compliance/ procedures management, auditing, quality assurance/control, or related field. Understanding of the local promotional and regulatory compliance environment. High level of competency using Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Business Objects.
