One of our focus is on the development and provision of systems for facial surgery, particularly for Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, ENT Surgery, and Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
As a growing company, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Application Specialist, who shares our mission of taking facial surgery to the next level.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATES We'd welcome applications from candidates with completed studies in Medical field, Biotechnologies, Biomedical engineering, Biology or comparable qualifications; at least 3/5 years of professional experience as a Clinical Specialist or Application Specialist in medical technology, preferably in the field of surgical devices within the country.
It is important for us meet people open to change and to embrace new challenges and with strong ability to work independently and responsibly in a cross-border structure – confident member of a corporate team with fluent English (written and spoken) and excellent communication, presentation and problem solving skills, combined with a high level of customer and service orientation.
The availability to travel extensively (up to 50%) is a must have for this role.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING IN THE ROLE The main activities and responsibilities of the role are listed: Professional support during the introduction and application of our new surgery system.
Conducting product demonstrations and training for medical professionals (surgeons, surgical team, etc.).
Supporting and advising customers on the clinical use of our products.
Close collaboration with distribution partners and providing technical support during customer visits and presentations.
Continuous analysis and feedback on product experiences to support the further devel-opment of instruments.
Participation in professional events and conferences for product presentations and networking (support of Key Opinion Leaders).
Serving as a contact person for clinical questions and providing operational assistance during surgical procedures.
Close coordination with HQ functions to quickly implement market and product feed-back and strategies.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor products, and customer needs within the market, using this knowledge to inform product positioning and sales strategies.
