We are looking for the MEDICAL AFFAIRS MANAGER ITALY . About the Company: With a strong history and a commitment to innovation, our client is focused on innovative drugs in Oncology. The Opportunity: To enable the Company growth, we are seeking a talented and experienced Medical Affairs Manager to strengthen the Italian affiliate and play a pivotal role in developing the Company growth at Country level. Key Responsibilities: Effectively develop and manage the medical affairs team, ensuring high levels of scientific knowledge and information exchange. Develop and lead local study programs and national projects to improve and advance the knowledge of the product portfolio together with marketing, access and commercial teams. Lead and gain approval for the Country Medical Affairs Plan. Run appropriate projects including Advisory Boards, clinical studies, congress symposia, preceptorships, etc. Develop appropriate approved scientific training materials. Coordinate the training of new employees on relevant products/indications and the continuous scientific training for the commercial teams. Review and approve promotional and non-promotional materials and activities, ensuring all marketing/promotional materials are in line with local regulations and internal procedures. Deliver high quality medical information to internal and external customers, developing, implementing and maintaining an effective and efficient Country Medical Information service. Ensure medical information management is in line with local regulations and internal SOPs. Maintain an understanding of Company working practices and SOPs and relevant Country codes, ensuring these standards are met across the organisation. Act as Country Responsible Person for Scientific Service (RSS). Education and Experience Requirements: Education: Master's degree mandatory in Medicine, Pharmacy or Chemical & Pharmaceutical Technology. 5 years in medical affairs roles in Pharmaceutical Companies in specialist therapeutic areas. Acknowledged with Farmindustria Code and Italian pharmaceutical referral law (ex. Dl. 219). English fluent both written and spoken. Required Skills: Strong team working attitude: ability to work cross-functionally. Excellent communication skills. Strong problem-solving approach. J-18808-Ljbffr
