To strengthen our Operation Italy Team, based in our affiliate in Milan, Italy, we are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of Medical Affair Head Italy.
As our Medical Affair Head Italy, you will be accountable for medical affairs excellence oversight and governance for the assigned country.
You will be responsible for enabling a consistent and high standard design & implementation of therapeutic areas cross-functional plans by fostering a culture of medical and scientific rigor.
You will partner with the Therapeutic Areas Heads and their teams (immunology, neurology, rare disease established brands) and connect the therapeutic areas value creation with the ability to implement medical excellence frameworks and processes.
Your responsibilities will include:
Driving medical excellence and consistency in capabilities, processes, and skills across the country organization.Ensuring scientific integrity and compliance.Maintaining a strong understanding and partnership with local healthcare ecosystem actors.Strategically leveraging regional and/or global medical initiatives to meet local business needs.Overseeing therapeutic areas and assets strategy in collaboration with cross-functional leadership/teams.Participating in the development of strategy, medical plans, initiatives, and training requirements.Fostering a culture of medical & scientific rigor across the organization.Leading medical capability excellence execution across the medical community.Being the key contact for clinical development & operations topics at the country level.Contributing to Launch readiness and preparation plans for pipeline assets.Leading the overview of area compliance & regulations environment framework for business execution.Providing meaningful MA value metrics and operational assessment plans relevant to MA activities.Interested?
For this position, you'll need the following education, experience, and skills:
