Media Planning Intern

JOB PURPOSE The successful candidate will support the Media Planning Team in order to achieve successful results by ensuring coordination of team activities through preparation of reports, monitoring of deadlines, and maintaining a constant line of communication with all different stakeholders worldwide.
RESPONSIBILITIES Data collection and aggregation for reporting purposesMonitoring of deadlines, calendars, and campaignsSupport in the production of monthly/weekly reports related to Media Activities (campaigns, fashion shows)Support in communication exchanges with worldwide stakeholdersSupport in archive activitiesUse of Excel, PowerPoint, and other corporate tools for Media PlanningKNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and ExcelInterest in analytical aspects of CommunicationProblem-solving skillsSelf-motivated and proactiveTeamworking abilityGood interpersonal skillsResilienceWell spoken and written English
