Media Investment Controller - Extracurricular Internship

Job Description Your  to do list : Support the coordination of activities between International Media Controller Team and Local Media Agencies (matrix organization)Support in monitoring the accurate and on time updating of invoicing systems. Support the Investment Team in interfacing with both Media Accounting and Finance Dept. Develop and maintain Weekly/Monthly Reporting on Digital Investments, both for internal and Intercompany purpose. Help create policies and procedures to ensure proper alignment between Media Accounting and Finance Dept. Publicis Media is looking for   a   Media Investment Controller Intern  for its Rome office! Qualifications If in your  past experience : Master Degree in Business Administration or Finance Good knowledge of Excel Great  analytical thinking  skills Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken) If  you  are: Detail-oriented Organized and multi-tasking Attentive to an high quality and accurate work Able to communicate effectively with colleagues from various teams Able to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines, and balance multiple priorities Passionate for numerical analysis.
