Move with us for a better world!Your RoleWe are currently seeking a **CAE Structural Analyst - Mechanical Testing Designer** to join our R&D Team at Technogym Village (Cesena, Italy). In this role, you will be in charge of supporting design teams in ensuring the reliability of products/functional groups/components along their lifecycle on the field. In addition to this, you will be responsible for designing and implementing tests aimed at verifying the reliability and functional requirements/performances of our products.-
Your Impact- Perform structural analysis and tests aimed to verify the reliability of our products
- Define mission profile, test acceptance criteria and test protocols
- Define Test and Experimental Plan for the validation of the products
- Perform Failure Mode and Effects analysis
- Design tests, test rigs/benches and run experimental data acquisitions to qualify loads, behavior, performances, reliability
- Validate products, systems, functional groups and components
- Propose and address possible solutions/changes to detected failures/weaknesses in order to bring products to safety, performance and effectiveness standards
- Update the applicable standard references and related conformity tests
- Keep the validation plan in line with the product development
- Test progress monitoring
- Develop parametric models/tools for various structural and mechanical analysis

- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 3-5 years of previous experience in mechanical testing and design
- Knowledge of materials mechanical properties and thermal treatments related properties
- Knowledge of methods and tools for the stress/strain experimental analysis
- Knowledge of Design of Experiments and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis
- Problem solving skills
