What You Need to Be Successful
Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (e.g., Aerospace, Aeronautics, Robotics, etc.)
Less than 18 months of professional experience
Fluency in English and Italian; a third language will be considered a plus.
Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships and trust with colleagues and stakeholders.
Innate aptitude for teamwork.
Excellent communication skills.
Personal drive and result orientation.
