Your Mission Responsible for the study phase of parts, sub-assemblies, or even full modules.
Accountable for design accordance to specification.
Accountable for design according to technical feasibility, assembly, and maintenance of the components.
Autonomous in the management of the detailed tasks, securing the respect of the planning and time schedule.
Manage technical problem solving, participating or organizing design review, qualification review, functional analysis, FMEA analysis, based on six sigma approach.
Secure quality of assembly drawings, design models, calculation notes, and functional analysis.
Manage the non-conformity by RCA approach, defining properly preventive and corrective actions to implement quality continuous improvements.
Support Supply Chain by giving proper information about modules/lob industrialization (i.e.
derogation, resourcing….)
according to the functional matrix skills.
Accountable to strictly respect compliance to Sidel design specification, Sidel design process, and product evolution.
Respect process of architecture governance (platform architecture, standardization principle, granularity rules, interfaces standardization level, modular CAD approach…).
Your Profile Education Qualifications: Mechanical Engineer Master high school diploma at Technical Institute as preferential requirement.
Professional Qualifications and Experience: Technical expertise on product.
Design to cost skills.
CAD Skills.
Manufacturing know-how.
Materials property know-how.
Structural analysis.
English.
