Join ST for an engaging internship project focusing on designing a dedicated fixture with an emulation of a power module to characterize various cooler systems. This project presents a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology and contribute to the advancement of semiconductor testing methodologies, including comparing testing results with simulations.
Project Overview: The intern will lead the design of a specialized fixture that emulates the behavior of a power module for testing purposes. This fixture will be utilized to characterize and evaluate the thermal performance of different cooler systems, monitoring parameters such as thermal resistance (Rth) and pressure drop. A crucial aspect of the project will involve comparing the testing results obtained using the fixture with simulations to validate the accuracy and effectiveness of the emulation setup.
