Job Description Execution of equipment and packages lots (responsible in terms of cost, quality and time) under the coordination of a technical project manager.
Coordination and provision of Concept and Basic Engineering under consideration of internal and external interfaces.
Preparation of technical specifications for the procurement packages.
Responsible for supplier selection and timely purchase order.
Supplier expediting during detail engineering (incl.
documentation management and inspections).
Active collaboration with procurement, arrangement planning, civil department, electrical department, and process departments.
Coordination of the construction works with regard to the integration of the plant as a whole, check of the interfaces for every single lot.
Ensure supplier compliance with HZI specifications (electrical & mechanical) and check of supplier documentation (e.g.
datasheets, electrical documentation, mechanical documentation).
Implementation of supplier data in our CAE tool COMOS.
Factory acceptance tests at supplier workshops and provision of installation and commissioning support.
Qualifications You are a trained mechanical engineer with experience as project or product engineer in plant projects; construction or commissioning experience is a plus.
You have a good knowledge of CAE tools (COMOS, E3D, AutoCAD etc.).
You have first experience with technical evaluation of suppliers and negotiations.
You are a strong team player, flexible and curious.
You are solution-oriented, autonomous, and proactive.
Fluency in English; Italian and other European languages are a plus.
