Your Role We are looking for a Mechanical Designer Engineer to join our R&D Team at Technogym HQ (Italy – Cesena).
Ideally, you have a strong interest and proven capabilities in mechanical design, as you will be responsible for executing mechanical projects in compliance with requirements, costs, and deadlines, guaranteeing the expected product performance, quality and reliability.
Your Impact Guarantee mechanical design of the product/parts in accordance with technical and reliability specifications, target costs, timelines and internal design guidelinesGuarantee proper process managementGuarantee high-quality design and technical documentationExecute the dimensioning of machines, parts and assembliesCarry out 3D solid modeling About You Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. You enjoy working in a team and are interested in product innovation. You are results and customer-driven and strive to continuously improve.
What you should bring: Technical Diploma or Degree in Mechanical EngineeringPrevious experience in executing designs of machines or functional groups of machines independently, taking care of the layout, dimensioning and engineeringExpert user of 3D CAD systems (preferably PTC Creo) and skilled at modelling solids and surfacesExperience in projects with challenging objectives relating to the product cost (preferably in product-driven companies)Good knowledge of the rules of dimensioning of mechanical parts in carpentry / metal materials and plastics and ability to conduct analytical structural evaluation/verificationKnowledge of the main manufacturing technologies, processes and cost drivers and ability to use them in process designGood communication skillsProficiency in English and Italian Technogym is an Equal Opportunities Employer Technogym is an equal opportunities employer.
