The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills: MECHANICAL CAD DESIGN ENGINEER (SIEMENS NX) Job location: Florence Role Overview: The selected resource will go through an intense onboarding process in order to develop appropriate Customer products' knowledge, working methodologies and CAD skills, when needed.
They will be directly engaged in the engineering project activities, with increasing levels of autonomy and responsibility.
Tasks: Modeling simple and complex mechanical components Modeling simple and complex assemblies Drafting activities / modifications Technical documentation Learn, understand, and apply our Customer's standard procedures Specialized Knowledge / Skills: Technical Degree or BSc/MSc Degree in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering Experienced in 3D CAD modelling and 2D drafting with Siemens NX, DS Catia V5, PTC Creo, DS SolidWorks and/or similar tools (being already able to use Siemens NX will be an advantageous asset) Solid knowledge of GDT Commitment, precision, flexibility, reliability Excellent documentation and presentation skills Strong analytical and problem solving skills Excellent team-work attitude Strong communication and interpersonal skills Availability for business travels (short long term travels) Able to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment, meeting strict deadlines Good command of English language (i.e.
B2) Due to the nature of work, candidates should be EU Citizens.
