Partner with the best As a Materials Planning and Quality Specialist, you will be accountable for coordinating and expediting the flow of materials (from suppliers and also within departments) according to production schedules, planning and scheduling material/production needs. You will develop an operational year plan for your manufacturing activities, suggesting improvements in products, processes, and procedures.
As a Materials Planning & Quality Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Defining (pull system) timeline for Test Eng. Dept BOM and documentation Assuring availability of shop items (materials and fixtures) compliant with internal HSE and national rules (e.g., PED, ATEX) Assigning Contractor activities and related costs Interacting with Sourcing dept for criticalities management and strategic initiatives for simplification, cost reduction, and target On Time Delivery. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will:
Have a BSc in Engineering (Mechanical or Industrial preferred) with basic experience in Manufacturing, Operations, or Production Quality Control Be fluent in English and Italian (oral and written) Show ability to analyze problems and identify root causes Have good problem-solving skills Have excellent oral and written communication skills Show teamwork and change agent attitude Be able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines Display strong attention to detail Work in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best varies.
