Purpose of the job: Execute Purchase Order through material delivery plans management in order to ensure material availability
Accountabilities: Request to purchase analysis in order to ensure they are processable in line with planning needsPurchase orders processing and managing Suppliers' deliveries according to Production / Operations / Installation / Repairs requirements, from Purchase Order emission to confirmation by suppliers and archiveDeliveries follow up and expeditingManage repair loop through regular backlog review and internal / external suppliers follow-upSharing information on deliveries to key stakeholders at site level (Planning, Sourcing, ...) in order to detect potential missing parts and manage crisis in case of delivery issues.Ensuring the highest level of parts availabilityContributing to the continuous improvement processSuppliers management: Capacity check, site visit, improvement plan follow upManage specific conditions for vendorsManage purchasing document for stock itemsRequirements: Engineering or Supply Chain degree.
