**Job Description Summary**:
The Material planning Intern will be the Customer point of contact.
He/she will coordinate and expedite the flow of parts according to Customer needs to ensure Customer satisfaction.
**Essential Responsibilities**:
- Meet customers as required on a formal and informal basis to understand and define their requirement
- Transfer customer's priorities to the shop
- Oversee the processes between customer requirements and the company deliveries to ensure TAT target is met.
- Work together with Program Manager on Customers induction forecast
- Communicate induction plan to the shop
- Analyze performance gap with Problem solving approach
- Provide status reports as required and recovery plan
- Manage work stoppage and excusable delay with Program manager
- Check with customers output performance and satisfaction level on monthly basis
- Work cross-functional to provide all the information need to the customer and meet the requirements
- Have daily contact with all shop levels
- Provide monthly KPI analysis
**Qualifications/Requirements**:
- Engineering Master's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial from an accredited university or college
- Good proficiency with SAP and Office
- Team worker
- Good oral and written communication and presenting skills
- Fluent Italian and English both oral and written
- EU Work permit
