Material Planner

Scope of responsibilities:
Elaborating the production programs requested by the customer and, after having carried out the relative checks, transmitting them to the suppliers, soliciting the latter for critical deliveries
Checking daily for any deviations between what was programmed and the P.O.
of the customer by issuing program variants if necessary
Processesing and sending to suppliers the net requirement of materials needed for the following week against what isindicated by the customer and checking deliveries on a daily basis
Managing the warehouse budget and inventory rotation (MDOH), respecting the warehouse objectives assigned as per the operational plan
Managing, with the issuing of programs, the subcontractors on account, checking their accounting inventories and arranging for the necessary materials to be sent
Providing for the planning and delivery of the materials marketed to the customer
Managing the archive of all documentation relating to its production lines
Monitoring delivery delays
Checking the amount of suspended entry by requesting, if necessary, the issuance of the related orders to the Purchasing Department
Ensuring compliance with the current procedures and standards of the Quality, Environmental and Safety Systems
**Requirements**:
Experience in performing similar role
Knowledge of logistics processes and material flow management
Good level of English and Italian languages
Advanced knowledge of the MS Office package
Proactive and flexible attitude
Excellent communication skills with ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
