Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for end-to-end planning of inventory, including Sales in Excess of invoicing from purchase requisition to customer invoice. Each day, you will support internal customer service inquiries. You will also showcase your expertise by setting inventory parameters and targets and ensuring adequate replenishment of inventory through purchase orders.
The work model for the role is: #onsite with possibility to work on shifts.
This role is contributing to the smart power division in Frosinone. Main stakeholders are suppliers and production workers
You will be mainly accountable for:
• Procurement management by using JIT and JIS logics.
• Managing the supplier order book with performance monitoring in collaboration with the buyer. The role involves very frequent contacts with suppliers.
• Analyzing MRP data and issuing RDAs at set intervals and exceptions generated by MRP by modifying delivery dates of supplier orders (advance and postponement).
• Monitoring of deliveries and management of supply issues, whether related to logistics or quality problems (with support where necessary from the buyer and quality department).
• Discussing with suppliers at strategic level for capacity analysis, budget analysis and general production; organization and scheduling local meetings to suppliers' sites.
• Participating in departmental quality circles.

Qualifications for the role You hold a Bachelor Degree in Management or industrial Engineering or Economics. Familiarity with SAP will be considered a plus; You are passionate about in supply chain, production and logistic Good knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel (Macros and Pivot); You are at ease communicating in Italian and English (English at least level B2) You are available to work abroad on work trips You are proactive, good in teamworking and time managementMore about usWe value people from different backgrounds.
