As an ITRDC Material Planner, you will be responsible to design and implement an internal dashboard to drive and control Planning and fulfillment performances (like ROTD, COTD, DIH, stock out,..).
You will learn processes and will be responsible also to do data analysis, to perform root cause analysis improve processes and weekly/monthly data control.
You will be in charge to increase use of tools like Power BI for all stakeholders.

EL Commercial Operations Manager
**Your responsibilities**:
- Internal measuring and reporting of planning KPI's.
- Data analysis for process improvements, weekly/monthly data controls&follow ups.
- Increase use of Power BI for all stakeholders.
- Perform root-cause analysis for continuous improvement for key service issues, forecast error and bias, and share output with appropriate leadership.
- Investigates the root cause of issues and recommends actions to prevent reoccurrence.
- Build high quality relationships within Commercial Operations.
**Your background**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Physics or Engineering Faculties of Universities.
- Good level of Office programs (Excel, Power point and Word).
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Good communication and inter-personal skills.
- Using SAP MM, SAP APO is a plus.
