In this role the job holder will be supporting the Supply chain department in ensuring the integrity of the Material Master Data across all systems managing Change Control request, bills of materials and invoice to the customer.The Material Master Data Expert will play a key role in ensuring the management, the accuracy and the consistency of the information across ERP system of SAP Material Master Data, Bill of Material Master Data and more.
What the job looks like: Create and maintain material master data records in ERP system ensuring data quality and consistency; Sanity master data parameters check; Collaborate with various department including production, procurement and quality to gather needed information; Create and manage Change Control in the system; Co-ordinate the master data requirements for the introduction of new SKU's; Monitoring Supply Chain KPI; Maintenance of Bill of Materials; Close collaboration with customers to gather all needed information; Maintain supply prices in ERP System according to contractual terms provided by the internal commercial organizations.
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have: University Bachelors Degree or equivalent.
Green Belt Six Sigma Certifications desirable; Experience Guidelines: minimum of 2 years in supply chain; Profound and comprehensive knowledge of SAP ERP module SD, MM; English fluent (C1) Strong ability with MS Excel and Microsoft Office; Excellent business analytics skills and striving for data-driven conclusions; Strong analytical skills; Experience with SAP ECC.
