You will work on defining a fully integrated solution in a gate driver architecture, able to self-detect short circuit events in an inverter leg.
During this experience, you will: Be exposed to the architecture definition , design , and layout of a solution for self-short circuit detection and protection ; Work on the design of a fully integrated solution in HVIC technology; Collaborate with a team of expert engineers ; Be part of a high-tech and international company ; Receive guidance and feedback from your tutor.

You are best equipped for this role if you: Are pursuing a Master's degree in Electronics Engineering , with a specialization in Microelectronics , or a similar field; Have some experience with microelectronics simulators ; Have basic knowledge of microelectronics and circuit design ; Have basic knowledge of semiconductor physics ; Are proficient in English .
