Master Schedule LeaderThis position reports toProduction ManagerYour role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to manage a team and be responsible for conversion of supply plan into a master production schedule which can be executed. Each day, you will translate projected forecasts, incoming volume, and work scopes into a production plan with a time-phased build schedule. You will also showcase your expertise by establishing key performance indicators of master plan accuracy.The work model for the role is: Onsite (LiOnsite)This role is contributing to the Electrification Service division in Florence, SC.You will be mainly accountable for:Ensuring the interaction with a firm's functional managers, and tracking and maintaining the forecast through timely and accurate feedback.Assembling master schedule report that encompasses performance against the business plan, shipment plan, inventory plan, and production plan.Identifying current planned level of demand and creating tactical production plans to meet the identified customer demand.Scheduling supply based on the product mix and providing accurate commitment dates to the customer service team across multiple product lines.Qualifications for the roleBachelor's degree, plus 5 years of experience or more, or Associate degree with 6 years' experience, or High School degree plus 7 or more years of related experience in assembly, production planning or alternatively, a special combination of education and experience and/or demonstrated accomplishments.Computer and SAP knowledge requiredPeople management skills are a plusCandidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.More about usABB's Service Division partners with our customers to improve the availability, reliability, predictability and sustainability of electrical products and installations.
