They have established partnerships with many well-known technology powerhouses and tailor their development to their client's requirements.Master Planner Responsibilities:Project Portfolio Planning and Scheduling:Develop detailed construction project plans and schedules for multiple data centre projects concurrently.Utilise advanced scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project) to create and update project schedules, ensuring alignment with client requirements and contractual obligations.Resource Allocation and Optimisation:Collaborate with project managers and procurement teams to monitor the allocation of essential resources, such as materials, equipment, and manpower, across various projects.Identify resource optimisation opportunities and propose strategies to enhance efficiency and meet aggressive project timelines.Risk Assessment and Proactive Mitigation:Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for each project in the portfolio, focusing on schedule risks unique to data centre construction.Develop proactive mitigation plans to address potential disruptions and delays, communicating them effectively to project stakeholders.Progress Monitoring Across Projects:Implement robust monitoring processes to track the progress of multiple projects against established schedules.Provide frequent updates on project status, deviations, and potential schedule impacts to senior management and project teams.Requirements:Construction backgroundPlanner/Scheduler experienceExperience in Data Centre, Oil & Gas, or refinery sectorsSpecific Lead Scheduler/Planner experienceSpanish speakingFlexible individualProblem solverTeam playerIf this role is of interest to you, please apply now!
