**We will count on you to**:
- Support the Fiduciary Manager in daily activities and Corporate MMC needs
- Improve current procedures and controls
- Prepare fiduciary accounting related reports (e.g.
Ageing report and analysis, Bad Debt Reserve and calculation related accruals in cooperation with controller)
- Liaise with business teams, Operations team and Legal&Compliance team in order to improve client collection processes.
- Perform fiduciary analysis and journal posting for reclassification of commission, client and carrier advances, cash in transit.
- Take over various Fiduciary-related projects in cooperation with other European fiduciary managers.
- Ensure compliance with MMC TTP (third parties providers) procedure
**What you need to have?
**
- Master degree in Finance, Economics or similar;
- Previous experience in fiduciary accounting preferably in Insurance or Insurance Brokerage industries;
- Strong knowledge of Excel (Access and Oracle will be considered as a plus);
- Fluent in written and spoken Italian and English.
