**WHO YOU WILL BE**
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced **Marketplace Specialist** to join our team at ARAD. As a Marketplace Specialist, you will be working closely with the Marketplace Senior Expert and leader of the Marketplace area, by supporting and providing **strategic consultancy and temporary management **services to our clients in optimizing their presence and performance on various online marketplaces such as Amazon, Zalando, Farfetch, and more. You will collaborate closely with our clients to develop and implement effective marketplace strategies, oversee day-to-day operations, and drive growth and success on these platforms.
**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
**Strategic Consultancy**:
- Collaborate closely with the Senior Marketplace Expert to implement strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with client objectives.
- Execute marketplace strategies developed by the Senior Marketplace Expert, ensuring accurate and timely implementation across all client accounts.
- Collaborate with clients to develop tailored marketplace strategies aligned with their business goals.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the online marketplace landscape.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales performance on various online marketplaces
- Supervise and assess the distribution model of the brand from an omnichannel perspective, making sure the Marketplace sales touchpoints are correctly inserted in Brand's ecosystem
**Marketplace Management**:
- Oversee the daily management and optimization of client's marketplace accounts, including order and fulfillment management, inventory optimization, and performance monitoring.
- Manage product catalog and content, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and optimization for improved discoverability and conversion.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to streamline processes, resolve issues, and ensure seamless integration with client's overall ecommerce operations by maintaining a high level of service and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with junior team members to delegate tasks and oversee the execution of operational activities in line with the established strategy & scope of the project
**Relationship Management**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client's marketplace partners, fostering strong relationships and representing their interests.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for marketplace initiatives, including marketing, sales, and customer service.
- Actively engage with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and deliver exceptional service and results.
