The Marketplace Consultant is responsible for working with up to 7 Large Selling Partners (GMS TTM >$10MM) as part of SAS program, to help them grow their business on Amazon's EU Marketplace.
You will work on initiatives where business problems, account strategy or direction are not well defined and entail a high degree of ambiguity.
In addition to your core role of managing selling partners, you will lead multiple (sub-)workstreams and EU wide projects with significant autonomy, being responsible for the definition of strategy, action plans and prioritization.
Key job responsibilities The candidate will manage and support large IT SAS Sellers in growing and optimizing their Amazon business.
The MC will define and execute strategic plan with Sellers, engaging with C-level across a variegated Seller types, both as type (BO/Resellers) and categories.
Additionally candidate will be responsible to work independently on high impact projects at EU level.

Given the early stage of this program (founded 2021), you will have the opportunity to take ownership in various projects, help evolve the program and develop expertise in a focused topic area.
You will also closely collaborate with Amazon colleagues on a national and European level.
For this position, we expect: • BA/BSc degree or equivalent experience including experience in sales or account management in E-Commerce, retail technology, SaaS, or software.
• Strong analytical skills including Microsoft Excel.
• Proven ability to successfully influence at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level.
• Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach.
• A passion for developing an engaging customer user experience and ability to translate customer needs into business and product requirements • Superior communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment • Fluency in English• Ability to work in a complex, cross-functional team environment (including technical, marketing, design and merchandising teams), chasing down and following up on dependencies, mitigating risks, and escalating when necessary • High attention to detail and the management of multiple, competing priorities simultaneously • Sound business judgment, proven ability to influence others.
• Experience using Salesforce.com or other CRM tools.
