Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute localised marketing strategies that resonate with the Italian educational landscape. This includes:Adapting global campaigns to fit the local contextManaging relationships with creative agenciesOverseeing the marketing budgetYou will also play a crucial role in enhancing the recognition of Cambridge qualifications within Italian universities, focusing on gaining formal acceptance of IGCSE qualifications as proof of English language proficiency.You will work closely with various internal teams, such as the Senior Marketing Manager for Europe and the Senior Regional Manager for Italy, as well as external partners, to promote Cambridge International Education products and ensure university acceptance of our qualifications. This position will also require attending conferences, engaging in ongoing university relations, and responding to educational policy developments.About youYou are a proactive, creative, and organized professional with a passion for education and a deep understanding of the Italian market. You possess excellent communication skills in both Italian and English (C1/C2 level), with the ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences. You have a demonstrated ability to:Develop marketing strategiesManage projectsWork collaboratively within international teamsYou thrive in a dynamic environment, can manage multiple priorities, and are skilled at building and maintaining relationships with universities and external partners.Experience with the Italian education system, familiarity with international qualifications (preferably Cambridge programmes), and a knack for creative problem-solving will make you a strong candidate.
