Co-create and implement the country Marketing and Communications elements of the Sales and Marketing plan.External and Internal Communications – Assess and build external and internal processes (including PR) and materials, in collaboration with relevant internal departments/stakeholders and external agencies.Campaigns – Develop, execute and manage advertising campaigns according to Sales and Marketing plan, liaise with external agencies, ensure the execution of the campaign, monitor progress and evaluate the results and impact.Events – Contribute to planning and organizing customer events, including event selection, budgeting and evaluation, in line with the Sales and Marketing plan.Marketing / Merchandising Materials – Contribute to ordering and coordinating the production of marketing and merchandising materials for a specific market segment or offers, liaising with Sales, Marketing and external agencies/suppliers.Digital Assessment - Contribute to designing, implementing and optimizing digital policies (CRM, Socials, Channels) for the organization and defining customer segments based on generated customer insights.All members enjoy:Two working days per year volunteering for a local charity.Health and Wellness program including healthy food, free health checks, fun health & vitality activities.Flexible hours with possibility to work from home."We not only live up to the expectations of our customers for today, but also anticipate their market needs of tomorrow."Minimum Requirements:Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in marketing departments.University degree in Marketing or business-related education.Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software elements (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM) and traditional and digital marketing tools (SEO/Social media etc.
