Marketing Specialist Sport Marketing (M/F)

As a Marketing Specialist Italy, you are the key go-to person concerning sports marketing in Italy. You will cooperate closely between the Italian Sales Team and the International Marketing Teams to ensure that marketing goals are achieved according to the strategy and brand guidelines.

Tasks & responsibilities Planning, execution, and reporting of all trade- and consumer events in Italy (local trade fairs, trail running, ski mountaineering, hiking, and climbing events)Creating a communication plan around all major events together with organizers and the international brand teamsHandling the local athlete team and cooperations, relationship management, and product supportDevelopment of a media plan, implementation of PR strategy with local media partners, and product seedingLeading an annual action plan with all relevant events & milestonesImplementation of the international marketing and brand strategy through regular exchangeCoordination of external and internal stakeholdersMonitoring and reporting of the marketing budgetsProfile Degree in marketing, communication, or businessFirst professional experience in marketingGood understanding of the outdoor industryExcellent organization & IT-skillsExcellent Italian and English skills, German skills are a plusGood coordination and teamwork skills, outgoing and creative mindsetWillingness to travel (50%) and be on-fieldPassion for mountain sports (e.g., ski touring, trail running, mountaineering, climbing)Workplace: Bolzano, Italy
