You will support the team in achieving the company's expected business results through contribution in the implementation of standards, guidelines and best practices in the marketing area. In particularly, in the following activities: Support the organization of commercial events; Plan car launches locally; On-going data tracking, monitoring and sharing of KPIs; Regional activity monitoring (Planning, KPI alignment and budget); Coordination and alignment with HQ Marketing team; Marketing best practice collection and sharing. Required profile You will ideally be graduated in Marketing or Economics or similar .You will not only have a passion for automotive and innovative solutions, but also already gained first work-experience through internships or projects that allow you to understand the business complexities and help you to develop your personal and communicative skills. In Ferrari you must exhibit the capability to think analytically, target-oriented and structured. You need to demonstrate strong communication skills (such as the ability to listen as well as in-depth reasoning). You will be expected to work independently as well as integrate as part of a team.
