Looking for a full-time employee (m/f/x) in Padua The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating, editing, and sharing engaging content across various digital platforms to promote our brand and products. This role requires a blend of creativity and technical skills to develop content that resonates with our target audience and drives engagement.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with the company's brand, objectives, and target audience. Generate innovative ideas for content across multiple platforms, including live events, email marketing, social media, and the company website. Write, edit, and proofread high-quality content that reflects our brand's voice and meets our marketing goals, ensuring it is clear and compelling. Use CRM tools and social media platforms to distribute content and engage with the audience, with an eye for the key metrics to optimize future content strategies. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to ensure content is relevant and impactful. Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in content creation, preferably in the automotive or digital marketing industry. Strong writing and editing skills, with a portfolio demonstrating a range of content types. Experience with content management systems, SEO, and social media marketing. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. Desired Skills: Creative thinker with the ability to translate complex technical information into engaging stories. Proficiency in using CRM tools to manage and analyze customer interactions and data. Knowledge of the automotive industry and passion for cars and automotive technology.
