This position reports to Customer Experience Marketing Manager Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for executing the delivery Customer experience strategy and content creation across all touchpoints to support growth, marketing and sales goals for a specific solution or project.
The Customer Experience is crucial to our success.
They are responsible for creating clear and targeted messaging for customers and stakeholders, propose the right experience for the best satisfaction to our customers and supporting strong brand positioning, and business conversion.
You will be asked to identify market opportunities that are in line with our strategical objectives.
We are looking for someone who is able to design long-term strategies, capable of seeing the bigger picture, who knows all the necessary steps to reach the final goals.
Part of your role will be to check the effectiveness of existing processes and to try to improve the ones that need a change for the better.
You will also be asked to develop new business process orientation plans and new business requirements for assigned projects.
You will also ensure that the project runs smoothly and that it is compliant with existing guidelines.
The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the Electrification division in Italy and you will be mainly accountable for: • Carrying out quantitative and qualitative analysis (through research and scientific observation) of main stakeholders and business environment.
• On the basis of data analysis, designing processes to improve quality and operational efficiency; • Providing support on various digital process strategies within the framework of product; • Collaborating with digital teams to identify innovative opportunities and create value for the company.
• Defining and developing prototypes of new offerings and experiences to test and refine concepts in-market.
• Detecting and design the best process to support our strategy and monitoring and share the various steps of the processes.
• Be the main reference for the specific project.
You will be ask to pull the strings of all the activities that will be conducted by your colleagues.
• Identifying customer touchpoints and methods of engagement, build the annual marketing plan, build, evolve and collect channels and applications marketing materials.
Plan and coordinate multi-channel promotional campaigns.

You have 3 years of experience in the same field.
You have a strong interest for innovative business and experience in retail and wholesaler.
Possess an enhanced knowledge of Web Analytics instruments; You are captivated by strong sense of project management and multi discipline coordination.
You are a team player able to reason with an user-centered approach: you will be ask to detect the target's need and translate it into a strategy.
Degree in design, marketing, communication You are at ease communicating in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
