**INTERNATIONAL TRADE MARKETING SPECIALIST**
Jean Paul Mynè, a brand specialising in professional hair care with a global presence in around 30 countries, is seeking a Foreign Marketing Specialist with at least two years of experience in a similar or related role to enhance its marketing team.
The primary mission of this role is to provide sales support through strategic marketing initiatives, facilitating the activities of the export sales department and international distributor partners, driving the growth of salon and customer businesses, and reinforcing the brand's image in each market.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Promotions**: Planning, monitoring, and analysing the performance of promotions across various product lines and countries.
- **Analysis**: Monitoring and analysing Sell-In and Sell-Out data, participating in business meetings, and developing the company strategy through the foreign market.
- **Events**: Coordinating the organisation of major events and international business meetings.
- **Sales Network Support**: Managing agents' equipment, creating materials for salons, and developing marketing plans with tailored campaigns for each country.
- **Administration**: Supporting the administrative back office of the department and assisting the sales team.
**Specifications and mandatory requirements**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, communication, Digital Marketing, or Trade Marketing.
- Minimum of two years experience in the Trade Marketing sector
- Passion for the beauty industry.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage priorities effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Multitasking abilities, teamwork-oriented mindset, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in English and Italian (written and spoken, B2-C1 level).
