Make your mark for patients We are looking for a Marketing Solutions Lead - HS to join us in our Immunology team, based in our affiliate, in Milan, Italy.
About the role The Marketing Solutions Lead is accountable for development and implementation of all elements of the marketing plan.
This exciting new role has opened to support the entire portfolio in the area with a focus on a new indication to be launched in Q2 2025. Who you'll work with You will report to the Marketing Lead Dermatology and partner closely with the local teams and external stakeholders to deliver valuable solutions for the patients and the ecosystems.
What you'll do Provide local cross functional teams (sales, MSLs, Local access leads) with impactful resources and tactics to implement patient solutions.
Localize centrally developed EU solutions for Italy and develop local solutions in line with local opportunities challenges, drivers and competitive dynamics.
Partner and co-create projects with external stakeholders that will drive patient value.
Drive creation and development of materials and content, collaborating with various internal stakeholders - including Scientific Lead Medical Solutions Lead - and external agencies to help projects come to fruition.
Network with a broad range of external stakeholders to stay in tune with the environment and identify opportunities to deliver value adding, differentiated solutions.
Lead Change: can effectively cope with change; can shift gears comfortably; can decide and act without having the total picture; can comfortably handle uncertainty.
Build, monitor and track implementation and KPIs of the area solutions by the respective local PV teams.
Measure value and impact, and support reallocation of resources for maximizing impact.
Understand trends and competitors through market research data and interpretation of market insights.
Collaborate with dermatology wider team to create an aligned dermatology portfolio approach.
Interested?
For this position you'll need the following education, experience and skills: Bachelors' degree in life sciences, business/marketing or healthcare required.
At least 6 years' experience in marketing within the healthcare industry.
Familiarity with marketing fundamentals, strategy, sales and commercial policies and practices.
Understanding of appropriate regulatory and access/HTA guidelines.
Demonstrated excellence in project management and effectively managing multiple projects/priorities.
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills and ability to efficiently and productively communicate to a variety of groups and audiences.
Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communications skills (both in Italian and English).
Capability to communicate effectively and to choose the relevant channels to perform it.
Comprehension of different digital communication channels and ability to use them.
Proven track record of developing high impact solutions in line with ecosystem drivers.
Demonstrated strength in business planning, tactical plan development and execution.
Experience in Dermatology market is considered a plus.
