Marketing Professional, as part of South Europe, Middle East & CIS Sales Area (SEMEC) role reporting to the Vice President South Europe, Middle East & CIS Sales Area located in Bucharest, Romania with the mission of proactively managing the marketing activities in accordance with the Sandvik business model.
Your responsibilities Oversee the development and execution of Divisional and Sales area marketing strategies.Develop business and communication activities for different channels, direct and distributors.Collaborate with internal sales teams on Marcom projects to align messaging and branding with global initiatives.Enhance event and campaign content by staying updated on industry trends and liaising with marketing and sales managers.Develop and implement plans for Sales Area & Territories announcements, including event briefings, press releases, and post-event updates.Assist in executing PR activities, including drafting press releases and coordinating event announcements.Oversee and manage the corporate social media content plan, ensuring alignment with marketing, PR, and strategic objectives.Assist in digital marketing activities; data analysis and reporting to refine marketing tactics.Execute and evaluate internal marketing campaigns, customer and internal events, trade shows, and customer visits.Work closely with partners within Sales area, vendors, and translation agencies to ensure seamless execution of events.Your profile The role reports to the Sales Area Vice President Southern Europe, Middle East and CIS and locations are flexible.
It's important that you have a minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience performing complex activities with a high level of autonomy and that you hold a University degree.
To be successful in this role, you will be service-minded, possess strong communication skills, and be able to work independently as well as in a team. You are willing to work hands-on and support the team proactively.
English will be a natural working language; Russian and French are a competitive advantage.
