Marketing & Public Relations Coordinator
We are currently looking for an energetic Marketing & Public Relations Coordinator to join our Team at Four Seasons Hotel Florence!
The Role Of Marketing & Public Relations Coordinator
Reporting into the Public Relations manager, you will be part of a cohesive team with opportunity to build a successful career with global potential, and you will have the opportunity to engage in diverse and challenging work.
You will be responsible for assisting in the execution of the communications plan based on commercial objectives and aligned with the sales plan and social media strategy.
Responsibilities will include:
• Cultivating contacts with local, national and international media and opinion leaders
• Managing the hotel's social media accounts through engaging daily content and communicating with followers
• Preparing reports on media coverage data
• Maintaining press database contacts
• Coordinating photo and video shoots
• Managing the Four Seasons press room and image library
• Taking care of journalist and influencer reservations
• Ensuring hotel and brand standards are adhered to in all written forms of communication including guest room and outlet collateral, brochures and hotel signage
• Assisting in the deployment of planned and budgeted tactics in the annual PR plan
• Attending media visits and coordinating all aspects of the visits
• Assisting in the preparation of press releases
• Researching current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
Our Ideal Marketing & Public Relations Coordinator candidate will have:
A minimum of 2 years of Marketing & Public Relations experience in hospitality or for a luxury or premium consumer goods brand, be digitally savvy, and have a special talent and passion for PR and social media.
The ideal candidate is already based in Florence or has previously lived there and has local market knowledge.
Must be a native Italian speaker with excellent English.
You should have proficiency in MS Office and Social Media Management tools, excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, an eye for detail, curiosity and a creative flair, bringing your personal touch and energy to our hotel!
