We are seeking an innovative Marketing & Partnerships Manager that will develop and execute marketing campaigns and actions for our office in Italy.
You will oversee and nurture partnerships predominately in Italy with expansion to other European markets, and act as the key point of contact between key stakeholders within AVASK and externally for both marketing and partnership activity to ensure all collateral (digital and offline) is coordinated in line with Head Office guidelines to drive lead generation and enhance partnership relationships.
Marketing & Partnerships Manager, the role Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to meet organisational goals to raise awareness of the AVASK brand and generate leads. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape. Create and manage marketing and partnership budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI. Oversee the development of marketing materials, including brochures, websites, and promotional campaigns. Implement and manage digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media. Collaborate with the creative team at Head Office to produce engaging content and visuals. Analyse and report on the performance of marketing and partnership campaigns/initiatives and adjust strategies as needed. Identify potential strategic partners and evaluate partnership opportunities. Negotiate and establish partnerships, joint ventures, and collaborations to expand reach and revenue for AVASK. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners and clients. Create partnership agreements and contracts, ensuring clarity and mutual benefit. Monitor and assess the performance of partnerships against KPIs and adjust strategies as necessary. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align partnership activities with overall business objectives. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation. Develop and maintain AVASK's brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all channels. Work with the Italian Business Development teams to expedite Marketing activity locally. Marketing & Partnerships Manager, about you Degree in Marketing or other relevant qualification/experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English. Experience of strategic marketing planning and execution. Market research and data analysis. Partnership development and management. Experience of performance measurement, data analytics (e.g. Google Analytics) and using reporting tools (e.g. PowerBI). Experience of using Content Management Systems (CMS) and WordPress. Experience of using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems. Experience in creating email campaigns and campaign software. Experience of developing original copy for social media platforms, websites and printed advertising materials.
