At Factorial we're looking for a rock star Team Lead - Marketing Operations to lead and inspire a team of five marketing operations professionals to deliver best-in-class systems, processes, and insights. The ideal candidate will bring strategic vision, operational expertise, and strong leadership skills to elevate marketing operations to a key driver of growth and success.
The Role
What will you be doing:
Strategic Leadership
Develop and articulate a clear vision and mission for the Marketing Operations team, aligning with the company's overall goals.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
Set and communicate strategic priorities, ensuring the team remains focused on high-impact initiatives.
Operational Excellence
Design and oversee marketing attribution models, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of campaign performance.
Lead the optimization of lead routing and assignment processes to ensure efficiency and alignment with sales goals.
Manage and optimize CRM systems and marketing automation tools to support scalable and efficient marketing processes.
Drive the segmentation of databases to enable targeted and personalized marketing campaigns.
Data and Insights
Ensure the end-to-end management of marketing data , from sourcing and cleaning to reporting and actionable insights.
Collaborate with the data team to implement and maintain dashboards that track KPIs across marketing channels and campaigns.
Deliver insights and recommendations to support market strategies across Spain, Germany, France, Portugal, and Italy.
Martech & Lifecycle Operations
Evaluate and recommend new Martech tools to enhance campaign execution and data capabilities.
Oversee lifecycle operations, supporting initiatives across email marketing, customer marketing, product marketing, and partner marketing .
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Marketing and Sales Directors to align strategies and deliver operational support tailored to each core market.
Collaborate with the customer, product, and partner marketing teams to provide operational expertise and data-driven insights.
Team Management
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of five marketing operations professionals, fostering skill development and career growth.
Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and team meetings to ensure alignment and motivation.
Establish clear goals, KPIs, and accountability for the team, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality results.
Your Profile
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field. Advanced certifications in CRM, Marketing Automation, or Project Management are a plus.
5+ years of experience in marketing operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team management role.
Expertise in CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce). Bonus for HubSpot.
Strong knowledge of marketing attribution models, lead management processes, and data analytics.
Proven experience in Martech evaluation, lifecycle operations, and campaign optimization.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional project coordination.
Good understanding of the B2B SaaS environment.
Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver to a high standard.
